We are a community built for anyone who’s ever looked around a gym and thought, “This isn’t for me.”

It’s a space where lifting becomes a way to belong; not a way to prove yourself.

I started Big Boy Club because I know what it’s like to be on the outside of fitness culture. Over the past 10 years as a coach, I’ve seen how the right mix of education, structure and community can change how people see themselves.

Big Boy Club is my way of creating that: a space where strength is about belonging, not comparison.

Every month, we begin a new training cycle together: a kickoff window that brings new programs, new focus and new energy into the Club.
