Big Boy Club exists to make strength training and connection feel accessible, safe, and empowering for gay and queer people.
We are a community built for anyone who’s ever looked around a gym and thought, “This isn’t for me.”
It’s a space where lifting becomes a way to belong; not a way to prove yourself.

Most programs tell you what to do.
We teach you why it works.
You’re not just following a plan.
You’ll understand your training, stay consistent and feel confident walking into any gym.

I started Big Boy Club because I know what it’s like to be on the outside of fitness culture. Over the past 10 years as a coach, I’ve seen how the right mix of education, structure and community can change how people see themselves.
Big Boy Club is my way of creating that: a space where strength is about belonging, not comparison.
