Meet Your Coach

10+ years of coaching experience • Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor • Founder of Big Boy Club

  • Founder (The OG Big Boy)

    For the past decade, Evan has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer working with clients from all different backgrounds and experience levels. He started his career in fitness as an instructor at SoulCycle in New York City. He moved to Seattle and started his personal training business while opening two SoulCycle studios in the Pacific Northwest. He transitioned to Barry's Seattle in 2018 where he joined as a Founding Instructor. In 2023, he became a Chief Instructor and Talent Development Lead for the region and is responsible for the development, training and programming of all instructors.


    Evan is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He currently lives in Seattle with his husband Spencer and their golden retriever, Moose.

  • Sign up whenever you’re ready. You’ll get access to the current program, the video library, and the community right away.

    There is a brand new training cycle on the first Monday of each month. During the week before, we open a 7-day Kickoff Enrollment Window. This is when new members get a full onboarding walkthrough & extra welcome support.

    Once you’re in, you’ll roll smoothly from one cycle to the next. No waiting, no confusion. Just steady progress.
