There is a brand new training cycle on the first Monday of each month. During the week before, we open a 7-day Kickoff Enrollment Window. This is when new members get a full onboarding walkthrough & extra welcome support.
Once you’re in, you’ll roll smoothly from one cycle to the next. No waiting, no confusion. Just steady progress.

Everyone has to start somewhere! Every program includes video breakdowns of each exercise as well as alternate options if the gym is busy or if you’re newer to lifting. The 2x program is great starting point to keep your schedule flexible around other commitments and ensure enough recovery between workouts.
